While Auckland Airport Van Taxi will try its best to transport you according to your time and date of your booking, but it does not guarantee and delay may occur for many reasons including but not limited to traffic congestion, road works, weather, high demand, etc.
Auckland Airport Van Taxi excludes any financial liability (to the extent permitted by law) for any costs or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of failure to reach their destination on time. It's customers responsibility while making a booking to allow adequate extra time for unforeseen delays.
Customers are required to call Auckland Airport Van Taxi within 5 minutes of their scheduled pick up time if their vehicle has not arrived .
Waiting time - Waiting time of 60c per minute will be charged after 10 minutes of scheduled booking time of the customer.
Booking cancellations must be received 3 hours before scheduled pick up time or full quoted price will be payable by the customer named on the booking. Failure to pay any overdue amount will result in debt being passed to a debt collecting agency with additional debt collecting costs.
All claims against Auckland Airport Van Taxi carry a maximum liability of NZ $200 Or the fare whichever is lower.
